At a major cosmetic surgery clinic, many patients chose me as their doctor. What I noticed there was that far more people wanted to keep or restore their looks than to change them: preventing lines, lifting sagging back to how their face used to look, and bringing back firmness and glow to their skin.
That is why I set out to build a clinic that specializes in sagging and skin.
ECLAT CLINIC OMIYA was originally a very different clinic. I took it over and gave it a fresh start.
Drawing on my experience, I want to offer high-quality treatment at prices you can continue with, at a clinic for sagging and skin that people want to come back to.

Two areas we specialize in
1. Sagging. Sagging has different causes, including skin, fat and ligaments, and each needs a different treatment. From HIFU to thread lifts, hyaluronic acid and fat grafting, we suggest treatments step by step according to the cause and degree. Dr. Sando has performed more than 1,000 thread lifts.
2. Skin. For acne scars, dark spots and melasma, pores, and loss of firmness and glow, we combine pico laser, Dermapen 4, subcision, skin boosters and more into a treatment plan.
Safety
- Genuine products only. All medicines and materials are purchased through authorized distribution channels.
- Trained nurses. Nurses cannot treat patients until they complete our in-house training.
- Free follow-up. Follow-up visits and aftercare for the same treatment are free. Whatever happens, we follow you through to the end.
Four commitments
1. Examination and planning: an answer for today that looks six months ahead
Even when two people both say “I’m worried about sagging,” the cause differs. The doctor looks at skin firmness, fat, bone structure and texture, and the background to your concerns, not just what shows on the surface.
Within your budget, we start with what bothers you most, and explain a plan that looks ahead, not just a single treatment.
2. Products and devices: we explain why we choose them
Hyaluronic acid, botulinum toxin, skin boosters, lasers and HIFU each have different effects and downtime. We ask about the result you want and your daily life, and choose what suits you.
For injections, we use our own method to keep pain and bruising as low as possible, with a vibration device and regular check-ins during treatment.
3. Prices: we cut costs and pass the savings on
Cost matters if you want to continue aesthetic treatment. We keep facility and advertising costs down and pass the savings on in our prices.
We suggest treatments in order of priority, based on the result you want and your budget, so your budget goes where it matters most.
4. Doctor-led care and aftercare: you can ask us after treatment
The doctor manages your care from start to finish. Follow-up visits for the same treatment are free, and visitors can email us with questions after returning home.

- Pico laser: from dark spots, melasma and dullness to pores and acne scars, using different settings.
- Ultraformer III (HIFU): medical HIFU by CLASSYS (Korea). Cartridges for different depths treat everything from skin tightening to deep sagging.
- Sofwave: a medical device that uses 7 parallel ultrasound beams to heat the mid-dermis at about 1.5 mm. Approved in Japan for improving wrinkles of the face and neck.
- Hycoox (injector): injects skin booster ingredients evenly through 9 ultra-fine needles while applying suction.
- Dermapen 4: 16 ultra-fine needles, with depth adjusted for each area and concern.
- HydraFacial: water flow and suction remove dead skin cells and clean pores.
- CARESYS S: a needle-free device that delivers skin care ingredients with electrical pulses (electroporation).
