Plan Your Visit

1. Send us an inquiry

Use our English inquiry form. Tell us your dates in Japan, the treatments you are interested in and three preferred appointment dates.

For non-surgical treatments, contact us at least 2 weeks before your trip. For surgery, contact us 1–2 months ahead.

2. We reply by email

We confirm your appointment. We cannot diagnose you by email, so your treatment plan and final price are decided at your consultation.

3. Consultation in English

Dr. Sando examines you and explains the treatment, recovery, risks and total price in English. Other staff use translation devices.

The English consultation fee is ¥55,000 for your first visit. Follow-up visits for the same treatment are free.

You decide whether to go ahead after you have heard everything. There is no obligation to have treatment on the day.

4. Treatment

Many treatments can be done on the same day as your consultation, depending on our schedule and the treatment. Let us know in your inquiry if you would like same-day treatment.

You sign a consent form in English before treatment.

5. Payment

We accept cash (Japanese yen) and major credit cards. Medical treatments are not eligible for tax-free shopping.

• You receive aftercare instructions in English.
• You can email us with questions about your recovery.
• If you have severe pain, rapidly increasing swelling, changes in skin color, problems with your vision or a fever, see a doctor near you straight away and let us know.

• Your passport. International prices apply to visitors without a Japanese residence card.
• A list of medicines and supplements you take
• Details of any previous cosmetic treatments: what was done, when, and the product names if you know them

ECLAT CLINIC OMIYA is a 6-minute walk from the East Exit of JR Omiya Station, about 25 minutes from Tokyo Station by Shinkansen.

Open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday to Sunday, 10:00–19:00. Closed on Mondays and Thursdays. By appointment only.
